London Accomodation - NYE
Me and my mum are planning to go all out for new years eve this year, We dont normally do much which suits us fine but we have decided if we are gunna be around lots of people might as well go all out.
SO we are going to save up and go to London for New years eve.
We're not niave we know its gunna be priocey at the best of times so we dont mind paying a bit but we want to make sure we are somewhere nice if we are paying that kind of money
But just wondering if anyone has been to London on new years eve, who has stayed over,, where is recomended, I think the fireworks go off by london eye etc so Not sure how far back you have to stand and what hotels etc are near
Cheers for any tips guys

Isn't this a bit late? Or are you planning that far in advance?

^^ I thought the same thing, but I think she's planning for 2008 because she's talking of saving up for this trip.

If you can't get the Ritz Carlton, the Le Meridien is pretty damn nice.. they even have occasional sale rates that are (relatively) cheap:
