Default ive added budapest!

having way to much fun in europe and have been terribly slack about posting sorry! will have so much to catch up and review an i promise more to offer when i get back lol
but for now... We've added budapest into our trip in all the excitement and now im wondering about getting there and cost etc...
we have global eurail pass thingeymibobs, and understand we can use that for the hungary portion were going to (budapest from berlin overnight then loping back to munch for oktoberfest via prague...)
but my real ? is how can i figure out how much the within prague portion is going to cost (both coming in and leaving) cos i cant seem to find it online, and do i just book it at the station? anyone have any experience with this?
if u can help it will be much appreciated xxx

Budapest is great, you'll love it! I didn't have a rail pass either, but it wasn't that expensive. I don't remember the exact amount, but it seems like it around E30 a ticket.

this should be a good estimate. if you try to buy it outside czech republic and they quote you something really high over $10 (if coming from germany for example) just ride the train and get off at the czech border station and buy it there and get on the next train. only prob with this is that if its night the ticket office might be closed. however what surprised me was the ticket office in this tiny border town, chop, ukraine, was open at 3am lol so you never know

I went caving in Budapest. It was awesome fun.

Also there is an awesome Czech bus company called student agency, it was the cheapest by far and had movies and free hot chocolate.
