Three of the best hostels i've stayed in are in the Czech Republic; Krumlov House iin Ceský Krumlov, Sir Tobys in Prague and the Poets Corner in Olomouc.
all comfortable, friendly places, for the most part just like staying at a friends place.

I´ve heard good things about Sir Toby´s. I´ll definitely put that one on my list when I hit up Prague
