Default Villa Manos, Santorini, Greece, Reviews

WOW, Sanorini, Greek Isles. Who cares about the room? Right!! But this is a sweet one. The Villa Manos is located on the outskirts of the Capitol "Thira" It is only a 10-15 minute walk in, or there's a bus stop across from the hotel. The Buses run all over the island to all the beaches, Thira, & Oia, basically anywhere you want to go. 1.20-1.50 Euro depending on the bus (air conditioning!!!). We reserved a double private room with private bathroom - $16.00 each. We really paid 32 U.S. dollars for this room :

Plus there was a big patio with a view of the Aegean Sea!!!

You can buy breakfast for 5 euro (eggs, bread, coffee) or you can walk 5 minutes to the Supermarket. The rooms have a fridge, and A/C. The hotel charges you for the remote to turn the A/C on, or you can do what I did and lift the front panel up and turn it on (hidden button, heehee). The husband and wife that run the place are incredibly nice, and they can also hook you up with all the tour company's on the island who will come to the hotel to pick you up. The hotel also provides free airport/port transfers. All in all, we spent 6 nights there and loved it all. Maybe 1 day to many on Santorini, but good times were had. Here's a nice pick of Santorini, enjoy!
