Default me too hopefully!!

Hi, my name is Becky and I've been looking into doing the whole Australia, NZ, Fiji thing for a while now and was considering this summer also (maybe sometime in may or early june)...let me know if you make any more definite plans because it would be really cool to meet up...I'm also a bit nervous but excited about the experience...the only thing is I had originally been planning on going in Dec/Jan since it's their summer...any idea what the weather is like in their winters? I dont think it's too bad, but I'm definitely a sunshine girl lol!!

depends where you're going, but if you started south in april and headed north, you should be able to avoid the cold. its always nice and sunny in queensland (brisbane, great barrier reef, cairns, gold coast) and the northern territory (uluru, darwin, kakadu, rainforests). Even in the more southern cities, sydney never really gets below 10 degrees (C) during the day in winter and melbourne's a bit colder but not as cold as most places in europe or north america. new zealand can get pretty cold though.
