I love baggin peaks... Every year I go to Montana near the Idaho border and bag peaks.
So far ive done
Snowshoe peak which is the highest in that area at 8,800.
Engle Peak at 7,700
Mt Brown in Glacier park, i forget the elevation.
I would love to hook up with some people from T punk to bag some peaks anytime. We should get something together.

I live in Southern CA. But I go up to montana once a year to visit grandparents.
I forgot to add.. I did Ben Nevis the highest peak in Scotland as well.

^Sweet! yea, if it's anywhere in the northwest, we're there! we love to hike and camp...and of coarse peak bag. have you done Granite Peak, the highest point in montana yet? i hear it's pretty intense. (technical climbing and all).
it's a grand idea to to have a TPunk peakbagging.

alright, so i briefly mentioned our jaunt to panarama point earlier in this post. we consider it "peak bagging" due to it's being the highest point in a state, but really isn't, due to the fact that the state is nebraska. anyhow, we finally got our write up published to our site a mere 3 months later. here it is if anyone's interested.

I did my first mountaineering type stuff while i was in South America a couple of months ago. Biggest peak i got up to was 4200m/13800ft, it was good fun. Did a 3300m/10,800ft one and a couple of lower ones as well. A couple i was travelling with did a 6200m/20,300ft peak the day i left them, i really wanted to tackle that one, but i gotta leave something for next time i guess.....it's pity Oz is such a flat country  . Oh well, i live 1hr away from the blue mountains and may have found someone to introduce me to rock climbing, so looks like i have found myself a new hobby

Our next big climb is going to be Ben Nevis in Scotland. It seems like its going to be an interesting climb to say the least. Anyone done the highlands in March?

Last march I was on Ben Nevis, I didnt hike to the top i just walked around to the other side of the mountain to see Glen Nevis.. Was very nice... Im sure hiking to the top will be fun.
