Im living in Prague right now and im looking to go on a week hiking trip or so. Im looking for a website or something that could give me information on trails and stuff but I cannot find much... I was thinking maybe going to the tatras mountain range or Cesky Raj. If anyone has any experience or information that would be great.

Yes, the Tatras are definitely famous for a reason, if you can't find info from the Slovak side, look into Polish sites as well - you might find more info in English.
Another little known area is the Aukstatija region of Lithuania. It's not strenuous climbing/hiking (what they call a mountain we call a speed bump), but it is a beautiful region, a real step back in time, as you'll see people farming with horses and by hand, and there's entire villages without indoor plumbing. We stayed in a village called Ginuciai, whose entire electrical needs were supplied, until the 1960s, by a one hundred year old water mill. The In Your Pocket guide to Ignalina (www.inyourpocket.com) has some general information on the region, and you can contact the Tourism Info offices in vilnius for more info in English if you decide on that.
