How big do you guys recommend a backpack be. Going to Europe for about 6 weeks and don't really plan on doing any serious hiking or camping, just cities and small towns. I'm more concerned with weight and size than the variety of clothes I can take (totally willing to wear shirts many, many times without washing--gotta love college).
It seems like it would be cheaper and lighter to get a 40L, but they're also harder to find than 50-60L. Any thoughts?
