I'm leaving for a trip on wed night and want to know if a fully packed kelty morraine 3600 will fit in the overhead compartment of an airplane. I don't know what type of plane I'm taking. any help would be appreciated.

It's around 11.5 linear inches longer than airlines technically allow for cabin baggage, but you could probably get away with it...

But remember: everyone hates the prick that brings on carry-ons that are too big and wind up taking up the overhead space

HA! Tell that to Anthon, cause I sure tried. He was absolutely refusing to check his-- get this-- 5100 c.i. expedition pack and was convinced he could get away with it. Wonder if he was able to.
