I'm looking for a pair of shoes that will work for long-distance walking (and maybe even some running & gym) through Europe and can also double as clubbing shoes. Does such a shoe exist? I don't know anything about shoes & I really don't want to have to pack & cart around multiple shoes. Anyone have any ideas?

-thanx-

You can look into "Lifestyle shoes," like like the Keen Bronx or Cortina models. Camper makes some good ones, too, though I don't know about any sort of running in them. Aldo carries some interesting choices as well, though they're not quite as comfortable.

Aarghhh!!!
Thank you both for the ideas. But I should have predicted what's happened:
I'm in Pt. Charlotte, FL right now, aka Bumfuck Egypt, aka Redneck Swamp trailer park hell. So sure enough, every place I went asking for Keen and Camper I got blank stares and "never heard of it"s. Gee, what a shock! Finally, i met a woman from England working in one of the cheeseball mall stores. She said she knows of a place that sells Camper in NY but noplace around here. Again: shocking!
Yes, i know you can buy them online but I can't bc I have no credit cards and I'm leaving in 2 days anyway. So apparently i'll just have to buy them when i get to London.

yeah man else go to famous footwear and pick up a pair of the adidas lifestyle shoes. They kinda look like the soccer shoes but are more comfy.

Keen and Camper are probably better brands that might last longer but adidas is easier to find! I'd said rock those out. There should be a famous footwear there somewhere.. they would be the cheapest I think.

Oh and the adidas or sketchers are gonna save you some cash in comparison to the keens.
