Hi everybody
I am doing a backpacking assignment for tourism (highschool... yay)
and i was wondering what everybody would go to Australia for? Like what would you expect this place to be like?

And maybe for the kangeroos, the beaches, learning to surf, dive the great barrier reef, etc. Ok I could literally go on for hours on why i want to come to Oz. There are millions of amazing reasons to visit Australia. I cant wait to make it there. I get excited whenever someone brings up Australia. You should have no problem with this assignment. Just think of why YOU love Aus., and it'll probably be the same reasons wht others want to come visit.

My main reason to go was for a buddy's wedding, but other motivating factors:

* Great weather
* Great surf
* Diving the reef
* Nature & wildlife
* Beaches
* Meat pies & Tim Tams

Not been yet, but will be there in November. My reasons for wanting to go are lovely weather (I hope!), maybe learning to surf, amazing beaches, getting a taste of the big cities, but also being able to use the good connections to smaller towns.
