Best Vegemite recipe?

Toast --> Spread it with butter --> Thin layer of Vegemite --> Squoosh half an avocado on it --> Sprinkle with black pepper.

Best damn hangover cure in the world. Promise.

I think I'd rather have the hangover than eat vegemite.

Vegemite is the shit! I have it on toast every morning with a cup of coffee.
It's true it's all in the spread, when you get people who don't know what they're doing they spread it on like nutella, damn that'd be nasty.....!
I suppose I am a bit biased, I came out of the womb with a vegemite sanga in my hand, I'm gonna have to stash some in my luggage when I go overseas I reckon....

Yeah, it can last you a year if some jerk at work doesn't throw the damn jar away.

I was only 3 weeks into it until someone cleared out the fridge. Like Vegemite ever goes bad! Maybe they smelled it and thought it was something gone foul.

Back when I was at school, we had a supply psychology teacher who was an Aussie. On the last day she brought us in some Vegemite to have on crackers. Tastes pretty much the same as Marmite really, which I can take or leave. If there was nothing else in the cupboard I'd probably have it, but only a weensy thin later on toast though.

She also made us a chocolate cake. Not that that's anything to do with Vegemite, but I'm just reminiscing about what a nice teacher she was!

Vegemite is the shit, i bloody love it!! It's the best on toast, and the classic cheese and vegemite sandwiches go pretty good too. When you're travelling about, the man/woman that presents a jar of vegemite to a pack of aussies is an instant hero and will be shouted beers all night.

As for Marmite, the scum of all spreads that tries to infiltrate the taste buds of all people by disguising itself as vegemite, i don't like it at all, i think it's pretty bad indeed.

i hate the squeezy tubes... i don't know why it makes such a difference but it has to be out of a jar for me
i am such a devoted happy little vegemite... ever since i was a kid i have always spread it thick, no butter... butter just contaminates the tasty goodness... its not as bright as bright can be then
there were times when i was at school that i would have it on toast in the morning, on my sandwich at lunch, then on saladas in the afternoon.... i must have lotsa vitamin B by now eh

Not salads, Saladas. They are a big biscuit type thing that you spread stuff on. Like Sao's. They are awsome with vegemite!!
