I don´t get it. How do these guys get away with this kind of crap?

Now you get a business, like Hostel 89, jack´in up the backpacking community and through warnings (like this one) and word of mouth we can make a statement and beat them to submission where they´ll have no choice but to treat us with dignity and respect.
