rain has caught up with us here at divelink in palawan and we're heading out. don't get me wrong, it's been great. with a place like this who will leave it? thing is, the rain is crazy and it's time to move on we supposed.

but we can't until we have found somewhere to live in cebu or manila, or other places in the city. we found a crown regency hotel in cebu here but it's too far from the beach. i know cebu to have lots of urban beaches so maybe it's not unreasonable to look for a resort in the city center? tell me if you know some place. thanks!

Sorry I can't recommend any specific places, but you may have better luck if you just show up and look around once you get to Cebu. Book a hotel or something online for the first night if that makes you more comfortable, but most of the more affordable options are probably small places you wouldn't find online.
